Terms and Conditions of Sale
General Information
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all services offered by Dans Sa Bulle, a sole proprietorship owned by Lucie Bohec (SIRET 92509926900035), to all its clients, regardless of status or quality.
By placing an order for a service — whether at the studio, at the client’s home, by phone at +33 6 66 88 73 62, or through the website www.danssabulle‑massage.fr — the customer expressly accepts these T&Cs without reservation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A sale is considered final only after written acceptance of the order by Dans Sa Bulle.
Dans Sa Bulle reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time; any changes will apply only to orders placed after the changes come into effect.
All other documents (advertisements, brochures, flyers, etc.) are informational only and are not contractual.
Definitions
For the purposes of these T&Cs:
-
“Services” means the wellness massage services offered on the website.
-
“Client” refers to any person who books or purchases a wellness massage session, package, gift card, or product.
-
“Recipient” refers to a person who receives a gift card.
Provision of Services
The purpose of Dans Sa Bulle’s activity, carried out by Lucie Bohec, is exclusively the well‑being of the person.
According to applicable legislation, the wellness massages provided do not constitute massage therapy or medical treatment. They are manual relaxation and well‑being techniques only.
Dans Sa Bulle’s services exclude any offerings of a suggestive or inappropriate nature.
Dans Sa Bulle offers services by appointment only, at the studio (15 Chemin Noailles, Grasse), at the client’s home, in professional or educational environments, in healthcare facilities, or at public events.
Services are provided according to the opening hours listed on the Contact page of the website, which may be changed at any time.
All necessary professional equipment (massage table, protective linen, towels, massage oils, music, hygiene products) is provided. Dans Sa Bulle reserves the right to refuse service if the client’s hygiene is inadequate.
The session starts with a consultation to assess the client’s needs and determine the most suitable massage. Time is allotted for the client to get settled.
A cotton garment is offered; clients may choose to keep their own underwear, but Dans Sa Bulle is not responsible for stains on personal clothing.
At the end of the session, time is allowed for recovery and debriefing.
Contraindications
Although wellness massage is generally safe, some contraindications exist. Clients must inform Dans Sa Bulle of any health conditions and seek medical advice if needed.
Contraindications include (but are not limited to):
-
Fever, infections or contagious conditions
-
Hemophilia or serious circulation disorders
-
Phlebitis
-
Severe untreated high blood pressure
-
Acute pain, inflammation or injury
-
Pregnancy
-
Recent surgery (<3 months), cancer, chronic or autoimmune disease (medical clearance required)
-
Allergies, anticoagulant therapy, breastfeeding
A health questionnaire is completed at the first appointment, and clients must notify of any changes at future appointments. Dans Sa Bulle reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s health condition is incompatible without prior medical clearance.
Prices & Payments
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) on the website.
Dans Sa Bulle is not subject to VAT under Article 293B of the French Tax Code; prices are therefore exclusive of VAT. If VAT later applies, prices will be adjusted accordingly and apply only to orders placed after such change.
Prices may be modified at any time, but are charged based on the price in effect at the time of booking.
Booking, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Bookings can be made online or by phone. A reservation is confirmed only after an SMS or email confirmation is sent. If not received within 48 hours, the customer must contact Dans Sa Bulle.
Clients may modify or cancel their appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in no refund, and the session will be considered due.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but full price is due. Absence without notice will result in the session being regarded as provided and the full price due.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased at the studio or online. They are sent by email (digital) or by postal mail.
Clients have a 14‑day withdrawal period from payment receipt, with refunds processed within 30 days of request.
All gift cards are numbered, nominative and non‑transferable, valid 6 months unless otherwise stated. Expired cards are not refundable or reissued, except if Dans Sa Bulle is unable to provide the service or for medical reasons with proof.
Professional Clients
For professional clients, payment is due 30 days after service completion. No early payment discount will apply. Late payments incur penalties at three times the legal interest rate, plus a €40 recovery fee.
Force Majeure & Practitioner Unavailability
If Lucie Bohec is temporarily unable to perform services due to illness or accident, appointments may be rescheduled with client agreement, without compensation.
Permanent incapacity terminates contracts and any deposits will be returned within 8 days.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before any legal action.
For professional clients, the Toulon courts have jurisdiction; for other clients, the applicable civil procedure rules apply.
In case of any discrepancy or dispute between the French and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the French version shall prevail.
