  • Bookings and pre-session questionnaires: first name, last name, email address, phone number, health information (contraindications, medical history), address if the service is at home

  • Newsletter: first name, last name, email address

Purposes of Processing

I use your data to:

  • Respond to your inquiries via the contact form

  • Manage appointments and provide care, including reviewing health information to ensure safe and personalized massage sessions

  • Billing via the Abby software (first name, last name, address for home service, type of service)

  • Send newsletters, only if you have consented, to share updates or changes

Legal Basis

  • Performance of a contract: managing appointments, providing care, billing

  • Explicit consent: processing health information, subscription to the newsletter

Data Retention

  • Contact form data: kept for 3 years after the last contact

  • Booking and billing data: kept for 10 years in compliance with legal obligations

  • Health data: kept only for as long as necessary for care, then securely deleted

  • Newsletter data: kept until you unsubscribe

Data Recipients

Your data may be shared with:

  • Wix: website hosting and form/booking management

  • Abby: billing management

  • Internal services necessary to provide your care

  • No commercial or marketing third-party transfers are performed
